Trendyol Sent Me Used Smartwatch


I received a damaged smartwatch with a scratched case from the "Smart Best" seller on Trendyol. Without delay, I initiated a return the next day. Unfortunately, I fell into the trap of not researching the seller beforehand. It turns out, this seller has a history of sending used and invoice-less products to other customers, who, like me, had to wait nearly a month for a refund after returning the items. I'm filing a complaint against Smart Best and Trendyol for facilitating such transactions. Since April 17th, the seller has been "inspecting" the product to reject my return, likely leaving me in the same predicament. While it may not be a large sum, it's unfair for them to take people's money without providing proper goods. I can't fathom why Trendyol would enable transactions with a seller like this and fail to protect customers' rights. As for Smart Best, their dismissive response when asked for an invoice is unacceptable. If they continue to evade providing a refund and invoice, I'll pursue legal action. No customer should endure such mistreatment and delays from two companies.
