Remington Trimmer Body Attachment Too Sharp, Causes Cuts

I purchased a Remington trimmer from Media Markt, specifically for its body grooming attachment. However, the attachment is excessively sharp and constantly causes cuts, making it unusable. Despite the staff highly recommending the product, it has been a disappointment. A few weeks after buying it, I returned to the store to explain the issue, but they dismissed my complaint, saying, “There’s nothing we can do.” The trimmer is still under warranty, and I even purchased insurance for it, but I cannot use it due to this design flaw. I request immediate assistance from Remington to address this issue, whether through a replacement or repair, and I expect Media Markt to take responsibility for their recommendations.
