VPN Lumos Keeps Charging $5 After Account Deletion

Even though I previously canceled my VPN Lumos subscription that I purchased through Google and deleted my account, $5 continues to be charged to my card every month. Most recently, another $5 charge was made today to my Yapı Kredi credit card.

I do not accept the continuation of these charges despite having terminated both my account and subscription. The email address linked to my Google account is z*************@gmail.com. I am requesting a full refund of all amounts that have been charged to my card to date under VPN Lumos or related Google services associated with this email address, and I demand the complete cancellation of my subscription and payment plan.

I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a written response regarding this matter.
