Dispute Filed After $5 VPN Lumos Charge Appears on Card
On November 6, 2025, a charge of $5 was made to my Akbank card without my knowledge or authorization under the name “YDS Google VPN Lumos Fas.” I did not apply for or start any subscription or membership related to this charge, and I did not receive any notification message or email regarding this transaction. The last four digits of my card are 3999.
I am requesting that this transaction be canceled and that the charged amount be refunded to me.
