Google VPN Lumos Fast London Charged $5 Multiple Times Without Authorization

December 15, 2025 2:09 AM19

On December 13, 2025, and December 15, 2025, my Enpara account was charged twice on each date — $5 per charge — under the description “Google VPN Lumos Fast London,” without my knowledge or authorization.

When I checked the subscriptions section on my phone, there was no active subscription associated with this application, so I have no way to cancel the transaction on my end.

I also cannot find any live support or reliable contact channel within the Google Lumos VPN application; if one exists, no one is responding. For this reason, I am experiencing serious frustration and hardship regarding both the application and the payment process.

I am requesting a refund of these unauthorized charges, the complete cancellation of this unauthorized subscription/payment, and a thorough investigation to ensure that similar charges do not occur again. I also request to be informed about the outcome of this review.
