Unauthorized $36 Charge From VPN Lumos on Credit Card

On December 29, 2025, two separate charges were made to my Akbank card ending in 4623 under the name YDS VPN Lumos — one for $36 and another for $0. I did not start this subscription, I did not provide any authorization, and these transactions were made entirely without my knowledge.

After discovering the situation, I contacted Akbank to file a dispute, and my card was closed for security reasons. Since these charges were made without my request or consent, I am demanding a full refund of all amounts collected by YDS VPN Lumos.

In addition, I request the complete cancellation of any subscription or related record connected to these unauthorized transactions and demand that no further charges from this company be made to my account. I ask that the refund be processed smoothly to my new card and that I be provided with written confirmation regarding this matter.
