VPN Lumos Continues Charging £19.99 After Free Trial Cancellation

I only used the free trial period and canceled the subscription before the trial ended, but money is still being charged to my VPN Lumos account. Last month, £19.99 was deducted, and today the same amount was charged again from my account. These charges are being taken from my bank without my authorization.
