For the past three months, $5 has been charged every month to my Enpara/QNB Finansbank debit card under the name “Lumos Google London VPN,” without my knowledge or authorization. I never subscribed to this service, and I did not share my card information. I do not know the reason for these unauthorized charges from my account, and I want the subscription canceled. So far, I have not taken any action; I only became aware of the situation through notifications from my bank.
I demand that these unauthorized payments be stopped immediately and that the subscription be fully canceled.
