How to Stop and Refund Unauthorized VPN Lumos Charges

Even though I never installed the VPN Lumos application, $5 was charged from my account, and I was completely unaware of it. The money was withdrawn early in the morning. I do not have the application, and the charge was made without my authorization.

I also want to know whether this is a recurring monthly charge, whether the money can be refunded, and if canceling the membership will result in a refund. Is this amount being charged every month?
