How to Stop Unauthorized VPN Lumos Charges on Your Debit Card

I recently discovered that for the past one to two months, money has been regularly deducted from my debit card without my knowledge or authorization through the VPN Lumos application on my iOS phone. During this period, a total of approximately $14–$18 appears to have been charged to my card. Even though I did not give any approval or intentionally start a subscription accepting these charges, the deductions have continued and have caused me serious frustration and financial concern.

I do not recall starting any subscription related to VPN Lumos, and I cannot see any explanation as to why or on what basis these unauthorized charges were made. So far, I have not contacted either my bank or VPN Lumos; with this complaint, I am requesting that the matter be formally investigated and clarified.

My request to VPN Lumos is the immediate cancellation of any subscription that was started or continued without my consent, a full refund of all amounts deducted from my debit card over the past one to two months that I believe were unauthorized, and the implementation of all necessary security and cancellation measures on my account to ensure that I do not experience a similar issue in the future.
