I Demand Refund After Unauthorized VPN Lumos Charge
On October 25, 2025, at 3:52 PM, a charge of $5 was made to my Akbank debit card under the name “ Google VPN Lumos” without my knowledge. I did not make this transaction, and the money was withdrawn from my account without my authorization.
I have not yet received a response from Akbank customer service regarding this issue, and so far I have not placed a block on or canceled my card. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and my card is still actively in use.
I am requesting a refund of the $5 that was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. I kindly ask for a prompt response and for the necessary security measures to be taken regarding this matter.
