Hello, on January 7, 2023, I purchased a Volvo C40 P8 at Adana Otokoc. I am the first person to buy this particular model in my area, and I recommend this car to everyone around me. We also provided Volvo cars to our company's management team. About a month ago, while at work, I noticed a crack on the sunroof. I contacted Adana Otokoc for assistance, and they requested to inspect the car. I took the car to Adana Otokoc, where they took a few pictures of it. They assured me they would get back to me soon, but it's been a month, and no one has reached out. Every time I call them to follow up, they promise to call me back. I expected Volvo, as a company, to be more solution-oriented. Frankly, I am disappointed to see a crack on a Volvo car I purchased just five months ago. I'd like to know your thoughts on this incident. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and having my car repaired under Volvo's warranty.
