Volvo C40 And Endless Problems

Hello, it's only been 2 months since I purchased my Volvo C40-electric vehicle, and we've already visited the service center twice. Unfortunately, our problems persist. Let me outline our ongoing issues:
The vehicle decided to update itself, leaving my wife and two small children stranded on the road.
After the update, it failed to lock for over 2 hours, requiring a tow truck to transport it to the service center.
Despite my efforts to address these issues with the service center, they claim no problems exist, leaving us without a proper explanation or resolution.
Additionally, we've encountered issues with the air conditioner, which sometimes activates automatically and continues to blow even when turned off.
YouTube functionality on the screen is unreliable, sometimes not working at all or failing to expand properly.
Despite providing videos of these issues, the service center insists on examining them in person, leading to wasted time and effort on my part.
As a consumer, can I trust such a vehicle?
