Volvo Kept My Brand New EX40 in Service for a Month
Our brand new EX40 model vehicle, which we received from Diyarbakır Akcan Volvo on 24.05.2025, was taken to Akcan Oto on 29.05.2025 with a system failure. Our vehicle, which was delivered on 30.05.2025 saying that the failure was fixed, was sent to Akcan Oto service again on 31.05.2025 with the same failure. No information has been made about the fate of the vehicle for about 1 month. It is not said when the vehicle will be delivered. How correct is it for a brand new vehicle to be in this condition and no information to be given? Definitely do not buy an electric vehicle. We preferred Volvo because it is reliable, but unfortunately there is no service.
