Brand New Volvo C40 Electric Unreliable Performance Complaint

I've only had my Volvo C40 electric vehicle for two months, and I've already been to the service center twice. The problems seem endless. Let me share some of the initial and still unresolved issues:
The car decided to update itself spontaneously, leaving my wife and two young children stranded on the road. After the update, the car wouldn't lock for at least two hours and had to be towed to the service center.
The next day, I had to leave work and my children to visit the not-so-nearby service center. When I asked about the car, they claimed there was no problem and that the car locked fine when they checked it. That was it.
In the following days, new issues emerged. The air conditioning started working automatically as soon as we entered the car. Even when we manually turned it off, it would randomly start working again. The AC also blows air even when it's completely in "off" mode. Moreover, the AC continues to blow for 20 minutes after the car is turned off.
I've informed both the service center and Volvo-info about all these issues, but nothing has been resolved, and I still haven't received a proper explanation. They keep saying they're waiting for a response from Sweden!
Lastly, there's an issue with YouTube not working properly on the car's screen, which is important to many users including myself. Sometimes YouTube works but the screen won't enlarge, and other times it won't open at all.
I'm going back to the service center tomorrow, taking time off work again, spending time, effort, and electricity to drive somewhere I wouldn't otherwise go. I have videos documenting all these issues, as they occur intermittently. When I send these videos to the service center, they say they'll look at it when I bring the car in. The last time the car was towed in, they said, "No, it's locking fine," and I had to take the car back because they couldn't replicate the issue at that moment.
As a consumer, how can you trust a car like this?
