Volkswagen Troc Paint Defect

I own a 2020 Volkswagen Troc that I bought brand new in 2020 from Dogus Auto Etimesgut. As shown in the photos, the car has paint defects on the front hood, roof, and left rear fender. When I became aware of the problem, I took my car to Oztürk Aksaray Auto, an authorized Volkswagen service center, for an inspection. Their technicians initially claimed it was a film on the hood, but I assured them that I had not performed any non-standard procedures on the vehicle. I then demonstrated the flaws on the rear fender and roof. Following consultation with several independent body shops and specialists, they concluded that the defects could be the result of a factory defect. They stated that Volkswagen offers a three-year paint warranty and a ten-year rust warranty and that the nickel plating on the front grille should not have such issues. They also stated that such problems are common in aftermarket products. I left my car at Oztürk Aksaray Auto for further inspection, and the results were inconclusive. They concluded that it was caused by external factors such as staining and chrome blistering. This was an open-ended response with no definitive explanation. Car wash damage and prolonged sun exposure were suggested as solutions. The manager at the dealership informed me that the paint warranty had expired and advised me to return the vehicle to the point of purchase. When I tried to contact Dogus Auto Etimesgut, I was redirected to Dogus Auto Cankaya because they had taken over the dealership. After hearing my story, Dogus Auto Cankaya advised me that, because my car was originally purchased from Dogus Auto, I should contact Dogus Auto Cankaya directly. They went on to say that telling me to go to other dealerships or the place of purchase was against their policies and that they would escalate the situation to Dogus Auto's headquarters. Following this, Dogus Auto Cankaya called me back and informed me that there would be no resolution from their end. They mentioned that my car would be repainted at the service center for a minimal fee. I declined the offer and decided to file the necessary legal action.
