Dissatisfaction with Volkswagen Dogus Oto Kartal Car Service
Due to a turbo failure, I left my 2017 Volkswagen Polo, which I purchased from Dogus Oto Kartal on October 4, 2022, at their service center on August 2, 2023. Despite promising me that they would return my car within a week during this time, it took them about a month to diagnose the problem. Surprisingly, no replacement vehicle was offered to me for the duration. On September 21, a replacement vehicle was delivered, but it had worn-out tires and was filthy on the inside. Only on Wednesday, September 27th, was I able to retrieve my vehicle. Surprisingly, I had to replace nearly everything in the car I had purchased only a year before. My numerous attempts to contact their customer service fell on deaf ears, and I received no response. As a result, I had to rely on a variety of media platforms. I'm requesting help from Dogus Oto officials to resolve this ongoing ordeal.
