Volkswagen Service Center Can't Seem to Fix My Crafter's Problems
I have a serious complaint about my Volkswagen Crafter, and it's time for me to share my frustrating experience. My Crafter experienced a recurring engine heating issue in the first quarter of 2023, prompting three visits to the Rize Voskar dealership. They performed inspections, replaced parts, and assured me that the problem had been resolved, urging me to continue driving. However, things went downhill during the summer when my vehicle began to stall and refused to rev above 3000 RPM. When I returned to Voskar, they repeated their previous pattern of inspections, part replacements, and assurances that everything was fine. Nonetheless, I found myself stranded on the highway. I had to tow my Crafter back to Voskar, and they finally decided to replace the injectors after the third attempt. The real kicker came when the new injectors arrived and turned out to be the wrong ones. The mechanics installed them without first verifying their accuracy, only to discover later that they were incorrect. Because of this oversight, I was without a vehicle for several weeks. What's more, despite the ordeal, the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle, Doguş Otomotiv, is showing a lack of commitment to finding a solution. Instead of addressing the ongoing issue, they simply inquire if there are any issues at the moment, making me hesitant to use my vehicle. This is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone, and a solution is long overdue.
