I picked up my car, which has been in your service for 1 month, from your Doğuş service on 12.07.2025. After 3 weeks, I was told that my car had been repaired, and on 12.07.2025 I picked up my car from the service. After waiting for 1 hour at the service, I returned the replacement car and received my own car. Unfortunately, I continued to be disappointed here as well. They delivered my car with a month's worth of dust on it. When I brought the car to the service (because it got very dusty on the long road), I had cleaned it inside and out just a few hours before. Also, HGS (toll) passes were made. Let's say it was taken out for a test drive. On 07.07.2025, another HGS pass was made, but the document given to me states that test drives were done on 04.07.2025 and 05.07.2025. Additionally, when transferring items in my car, my children helped, and when I got home, I found a wedding invitation in the car. Looking at the dates, these are from when my car was in the service. Are you kidding me? What a disgrace.
You charged me for every cent of the HGS passes of the replacement car. I returned it with more fuel than I received. As for my own car’s HGS passes and the fuel used—when you look at the mileage when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up, it was 5317 km when I left it, and 5387 km when I picked it up. That’s a difference of 70 km. How many times was the car taken out for a test drive? For what purpose was it used? Is the difference in fuel range between when I dropped off and picked up the car only due to test drives? The paper you gave me says 38 km.
Did it really take 3 weeks for the part to arrive? On top of all my suffering, experiencing all this shows how much you value your customer. You are a disappointment! Despite everything, you didn’t do anything to make up for it, and what I experienced when picking up my car was the last straw!
