2024 Volkswagen Tiguan 48V Error Strands Owner Three Times

I have been driving my 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan for about a year and a half, and I am now dealing with the same problem for the third time — a 48V system error and drivetrain warning that causes the car to break down without any warning whatsoever, forcing me to call roadside assistance and have it towed to the service center every single time.
After the first breakdown, the car sat at the service center for 15 days and had its voltage controller replaced. About two months and 600 miles later, it broke down a second time — that visit lasted 5 days and resulted in nothing more than a software update. I picked the car up after that second repair on June 19th, drove it for just one day and roughly 93 miles, and it broke down a third time with the exact same fault. To make matters worse, when I picked the car up on June 19th I noticed a dent on the vehicle that wasn't there before, and I was forced to go through the added ordeal of proving it happened while the car was in the shop. The car has now been towed in for a third time and the underlying problem still has not been permanently resolved.
Throughout all of this, having to deal separately with roadside assistance, the authorized service center, customer service, and Doğuş Oto — retelling the same story every single time, practically begging and raising my voice on the phone just to get a loaner car — has taken a serious psychological toll on me. A brand-new car that spends its life on the back of a tow truck is both a walking advertisement against itself and a source of real harm to me as the owner. Being met with responses like "sorry to hear that, please stay calm" — as if what I'm going through is somehow normal — only deepens my frustration and sense of injustice.
I have completely lost my affection for a car I once loved, and after three recurring critical failures I no longer trust it. I am therefore demanding a full refund of the purchase price of my vehicle, with statutory interest, to compensate for the damages and loss of confidence I have experienced.
