Repeated Breakdowns With My 2025 Fiat Egea - Request For Replacement

I purchased my 2025 model Fiat Egea 1.6 Diesel Manual on 10/03/2025. Even though the car is only 6 months old, it has already broken down 3 times, and each time I had to use towing service to take it to the authorized service center. During the first breakdown at Fiat Bozüyük Authorized Service, I was told that the start-stop failure was due to low battery voltage. When I asked how such an issue could occur in a 3-month-old car, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. During the second breakdown at Fiat Boranlar Authorized Service, I experienced another start-stop failure, and the ignition lock system was replaced, with the possibility of a factory defect mentioned. Additionally, as part of a recall campaign, the camshaft set and belt were replaced, and improvement kits were applied. During the third breakdown, the steering lock engaged, but no explanation was provided. Only 1 week had passed between the second and third breakdowns. All repairs were carried out under warranty with no charges, but experiencing repeated failures in such a short time has completely destroyed my confidence in the vehicle. My family and I have been left in a difficult situation, and on every trip I fear being stranded again. My expectation from Fiat is either a replacement of my vehicle or a refund based on its current value. My chassis number is NM43560000U271139, and my license plate is 11 ACK 213. I urgently request a permanent solution to my problem.

I am very curious. Since August 12, 2025, I have at least 3 complaint updates at the Customer Care Center. Besides that, while my car was in the repair process at Mersin Boranlar Authorized Service, I called every hour starting from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on the same day to extend the duration of my replacement vehicle, but no one contacted me. So, how is someone who has experienced this supposed to trust you...
