Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Multimedia System Constantly Crashing

I own a 2022 VW Tiguan Allspace Elegance and I have been having continuous problems with the multimedia system from the first day I bought the vehicle. The system frequently stops working, sometimes shuts down by itself and does not turn back on. This happens regularly, approximately three to four times every week, and it seriously affects my driving comfort and use of the car. For this issue, I repeatedly visited Doğuş Oto Esenyurt in Istanbul, Turkey. Despite my detailed explanations and the fact that the problem recurs so often, they keep telling me that there is no problem and send me away. A service record was opened in the past, but my last visit was about 13,000 km ago and the problem has continued since then in the same way. No repair or part replacement has been carried out on the multimedia system; I have only been told that everything is normal, even though it clearly is not. I am very tired of experiencing the same fault over and over again and not being taken seriously at the service. I request that the multimedia system problem in my VW Tiguan Allspace Elegance be definitively resolved, either by properly repairing it or by replacing the multimedia unit if necessary, so that I can use my vehicle safely and without interruption.
