Request For Refund Or Replacement Of Voghion M8 Console

Considering all this connection trouble, I'm pretty bummed about the M8 Console. Would it be possible to get a full refund or maybe a replacement that actually works like it's supposed to? I just want to play some games without all these interruptions! got this M8 Console (64GB) with the wireless controllers, and it seemed awesome - play games on the big screen with no wires, sweet! the controllers keep cutting out! it happens even when I'm right next to the console, which is supposed to be good for like 8 meters, disconnects all the time, especially during intense games, who wants to lose progress or restart all the time? even when they are connected, there's a lag between pressing a button and seeing it happen on screen. It's kind of annoying and makes it hard to play the games properly.
