Waiting for Vodafone Home Internet Activation
I signed up for Vodafone home internet, and my fiber connection seems to be ready. But I have been waiting for the activation to happen since June 26. The delay is causing me a lot of stress because I work from home, and the effect on my work is getting worse every day. Every day, I call customer service and stress how important the situation is. I keep getting the same answer, which is "We can't do anything; it's still in the activation process." So, I've decided to contact you in the hopes that you can help me get Vodafone to take my request more seriously.
