Around 2 months ago, I signed a contract with Vodafone for home internet, but they still haven't set up the service. The signed agreement is sitting in front of us, yet Vodafone seems to be dragging its feet in getting the necessary infrastructure from its provider. They haven't taken any action to ensure that their customers, including me, have access to the Internet as soon as possible. We are left hanging with the signed contract, unsure of what to do next. They haven't even canceled the contract, and I don't want to cancel it myself. Instead, they should take the initiative to resolve the issue by communicating with their infrastructure provider. There are hundreds of households and thousands of people affected by this, and it's been 6 months since the earthquake, yet we still can't access the internet. This situation is beyond frustrating, and I hope Vodafone will address it promptly.
