Vodafone Home Internet Connection Issue Not Fixed

I've been dealing with this super annoying problem with my Vodafone home internet for like a whole week now. Even though they said they'd fix it, I'm still waiting for a solution after four whole days. To make things even worse, when I called today to ask about the status, the customer service person told me that our complaint hadn't even been entered into their system. It's really sad to see that a big company like Vodafone can't even get their act together when it comes to dealing with customer complaints. This level of inefficiency is just so annoying for us customers and it's making the company look bad. Vodafone should totally make its customers a top priority and make sure they take care of their concerns. It's super important for a big company like this to have a solid system to deal with customer problems. If they don't, it just makes customers mad and annoyed. Vodafone, you gotta do something about this and help me get my home internet back up and running.
