Vodafone Unwanted Internet Package and Unfair Charges

I recently discovered that Vodafone had added a 20GB internet package to my line without my permission, and when I tried to cancel it, they continued to charge me exorbitant cancellation fees. I never made such a purchase knowingly, and I would never choose such a package if I had plenty of unused data. Despite my request for cancellation, my annoyance has only grown. Customers appear to be enrolled in contractual agreements with the accidental press of a button. When it comes to canceling, they provide no assistance. It's an obvious case of deception and unfair treatment. I demand that Vodafone resolve the issue and treat me fairly. This experience has made me extremely dissatisfied with their service and disregard for customer concerns.
