Vodafone Unsuccessful Extra Package Cancellation and Billing Issues

I happen to face an ongoing issue with Vodafone as they have failed to cancel my paid additional package. Last month, I purchased an extra package, and this month it hasn't been canceled, forcing me to continue with unwanted charges appearing on my bill. Tomorrow, on December 1st, my bill will be updated, and once again, the charge will reflect due to the package not being canceled. To add to the frustration, I am unable to reach customer service for assistance. I am not willing to overpay on my bill and urgently request the cancellation of the extra package, ensuring it does not reflect on my bill moving forward.
