BEWARE Vodafone, There Are Misleading Messages

After opening a message link from Vodafone, I explained the situation to customer service to understand the issue. They said that the link I opened was a package confirmation. I said that I did not have such a request and asked them to cancel the transaction. Although the messages I received were for cancellation, I saw that the invoice was issued by adding that monthly fee. I think I am dealing with something like deception. I did not answer a confirmation question. I just opened the link. There is no contact person for a solution. I don't understand whether a huge company is taking advantage of this victimization or condescending to do so. I will complain. I am writing so that you do not become a victim either. I will complain to the necessary places. I will follow and announce this injustice on every platform.
