Vodafone Turkey Dont Care Customer Rights

Despite the fact that I have switched to Vodafone's unlimited plan, they have not terminated the extra internet package that I had previously purchased from them. On top of adding the cost of the additional package to my bill, they took the amount of the cancellation fee for the package I had previously purchased out of my total. I deeply regret investing in Vodafone. If my problem isn't fixed, I'll be switching both of my lines away from Vodafone as soon as I can, and I won't give a hoot about any penalties that may be assessed. Regarding this issue, I will go so far as to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
