Vodafone Unauthorized Mobile Charge

Without my knowledge or permission, Vodafone added a mobile payment for a total of 1220 TL to my existing bill. The customer service department keeps passing me off to other departments and doesn't seem interested in resolving the problem we're having. How is it possible that a payment has been made for a service that I haven't even activated? Why doesn't this bother you at all? The issue is being faced by a large number of people, but nobody seems to be offering a solution. In the event that my issue is not resolved in a timely manner, I will make a formal complaint to Consumer Rights and a formal criminal complaint to the office of the prosecutor for your refusal to assist me.
