I got charged 2375 TL on my mobile account for PUBG on October 10, 2023. My phone doesn't have mobile payments turned on, and there was no record of the app being installed. I had to send an SMS that cost 7000 TL to get into the app. It's not as easy as it seems. When I called customer service, they said that someone got into my mobile account and made a payment, which is a big security problem. If you, as a Vodafone customer, made a mistake that caused a security issue, I should be talking to you about it, not PUBG.
