Vodafone's Unjust Penalty for Unreliable Service at My New Place

I've been a loyal Vodafone customer for years, but now I'm having trouble with reception at my new home. Even though I don't have a signal at school, my conversations at home are often cut off, and the internet is painfully slow. Because of these problems, I need to switch providers, but Vodafone won't let me without charging me an early termination fee, even though the problem isn't my fault. I won't pay an exit fee because Vodafone made a mistake. Even the people who deal with customer service know there is a problem. Recordings of conversations make it clear that there is a problem with the base station. I shouldn't have to pay a fee to get out of a contract if the problem wasn't my fault. I'm begging Vodafone to do something about this unfair penalty and fix the problem.
