Dissatisfied after 6 Months of Vodafone Internet's Slow Service

For the past six months, I've had sluggish internet from Vodafone. If this problem persists, I will cancel my subscription without penalty. I'm constantly having the same issue, and I'm sick of rebooting my phone. It's disappointing that Vodafone isn't resolving these issues; they only seem to know how to collect payments on time. It is unacceptable to have to deal with slow internet for half a year. I anticipate improved service and a resolution to this issue. If Vodafone does not address these ongoing issues, I will be forced to switch providers. Customers expect dependable and efficient internet service, not just a bill.
