Vodafone's Unfair Roaming Charges

On 06/04/2023, while at Stuttgart Airport in Germany, my daughter couldn't reach me, so she called me to learn my location. The phone call lasted approximately 2-3 minutes. The second call came from my daughter in Italy, which also lasted around 2-3 minutes. I had briefly used the internet to search for a location on the map in Italy, but due to no internet connectivity, I couldn't establish any contact, and my mobile data was promptly disabled again. However, I received a bill of 532.20 TL for this minimal usage. My line was enabled for international usage without my consent, and this amount was reflected in my bill. When I contacted customer service to cancel the international package, they demanded my consent, despite adding the package to my bill without my approval. They have no right to add packages to my bill without my authorization. I received a message while abroad stating that international calls cost 8.90 TL/minute, incoming calls cost 5.90 TL/minute, and SMS cost 2.50 TL. Based on this information, I didn't feel the need to disable international calls. The excessive bill of 532.20 TL resulted from just two calls from my daughter and the inability to use the internet (due to lack of internet access). They cannot provide a package without customer consent, and just as consent is required for cancellation, my approval is necessary for package activation. I demand rectification of this unfair situation and an adjustment of the amount charged to reflect my actual usage.
