On August 1, 2023, I filed a complaint about an unusually high internet usage bill. Following my complaint, a refund request was initiated on August 2, 2023. However, on August 23, 2023, a bill refund, including an IBAN transaction, was finally processed. The real issue arose on September 1, 2023. Vodafone deactivated my line three hours after assigning a data block for internet use, without my knowledge or consent. I paid the outstanding invoice for the large bill right away. Throughout this ordeal, I experienced numerous inconveniences. Vodafone's actions had an impact on my hospital appointments, banking transactions, and other tasks. I can't use my line right now, and despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to recover it. Visits to Vodafone stores yielded no solutions, as they simply informed me that transferring my number to another operator would be a time-consuming process. Despite my clear statements to customer service, my line was canceled without my consent, owing to the representative's ego. To investigate this issue, I request a thorough review of the recorded conversations with customer service. Rest assured, I will not back down until this issue is resolved.
