My Vodafone Bill Skyrocketed After a Trip to Germany
Hello, my complaint pertains to the Vodafone operator. I traveled to Germany on July 14, 2023, and stayed for a week, returning on July 22, 2023. During my stay, I only made a few WhatsApp calls throughout the day using my phone. At other times, I kept my phone in airplane mode and turned it off. When I was at home, I connected to Wi-Fi. My tariff fee was 100 TL for domestic usage, but on July 31, 2023, I received a bill of 281.70 TL, including international usage charges. On August 31, 2023, I received another bill for 628.10 TL. I contacted Vodafone customer service, expressing my concern that this might be an error. However, I received no resolution or satisfactory explanation. I request that the matter be reviewed by the relevant authorities.
