Vodafone Activated An International Data Plan Without My Knowledge!
Last week when I was abroad, Vodafone activated an international package of 172.55 TL without my request and approval and it was charged in the invoice amount. When I was abroad, I also saw that other additional international packages were defined and I canceled it, but I could not cancel this package, and the fee was charged on my invoice. They did the same thing before, then I paid because I couldn't deal with it. But this time, if necessary, I will take the matter to the European Consumer Court. I request the immediate cancellation of this international package and a refund of the charged amount. While abroad, the international calling and answering features of my line were open and my preference for using abroad is to make calls when I need it, regardless of any package, and to charge according to the SMS pricing information you sent me when I came to Greece. I demand immediate action in this matter.
