Vodafone's Unexplained Charges, False Calls, and a Battle for Refund

I was a loyal customer of your operator until two days ago, but unfortunately, I had to escape your service. My phone number is 055500, and I go by the name S D*** B***. In the past month alone, I've faced inexplicable situations. Most recently, you charged me an extra 3600 TL, claiming it as an interim payment from my father's account. Then, your customer service and international unit told me there was yet another outstanding bill of 3758 TL. However, today, a representative named F**** informed me that there was no such bill, and his colleagues had provided incorrect information. But, upon reviewing call logs, it's clear that on 24.07.2023, I spoke with your team regarding an unjustified 497 TL charge related to international calls due to my residence in Izmir Çiğli. This charge has already been canceled. I've reached out to you countless times, but the issues persisted. Only after I filed complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board and BTK did the 3758 TL bill magically disappear. Your team informed me that there would be a refund of around 370 TL, but no money has been returned yet. I have never had any communication with foreign countries, and today, F**** claimed that he would send call records to two email addresses, which I never received. It appears that someone exploited your security vulnerability to execute these actions. I urgently request that this be rectified, and the 3600 TL be refunded to my IBAN account. If not, I will file a criminal complaint, and the HTS records will prove that I never initiated these calls. I earnestly implore you to address this issue promptly and refund the mentioned amount to my IBAN account, which you have on record. S*** D*** B*** Tel: 0555 *** 00.
