Vodafone's Unfulfilled Deal Leaves Me with Surging Bills and Frustration

On September 5th at 13:23, Vodafone customer service offered me a deal to switch to an 8 GB compatible package, which I accepted, committing to a one-year contract. However, I received a message citing technical issues, and then another saying my package request was received. Assuming it was processed, I didn't check. With my bill set for automatic payment, I didn't notice until this month, resulting in an unexpectedly high bill as no package was applied. Moreover, the current package price has doubled since two months ago, which I didn't accept. Despite contacting customer service, no resolution was offered. Considering this, I'm contemplating changing my service provider. If you could address and assist with my complaint, I would appreciate it.
