Vodafone Assistant Toby Directions Led to Line Switch Issues

On 21/10/2023, as my commitment ended, I tried to switch to a new commitment via Vodafone Tobi and ended up speaking with a representative. They claimed to have moved me to a 20 GB WhatsApp and Facebook package. Doubting this, I called customer service on 23/10/2023, enduring a 5-minute wait due to the inadequate automated system. When I reached the representative, I sought confirmation of the transition, only to find out it didn't happen. We confirmed that I hadn't received any transition SMS for two days. Upon my retry, they offered me two top-tier unlimited packages. It's a crucial and complex matter, challenging for ordinary folks like us to grasp.
