Vodafone Forces Customers To Purchase Expensive Packages!

I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my life, and Vodafone's employees are to blame. I don't know if it's their strategy or the marketing department, but I'm fed up with going through this ordeal every year. They are incredibly rude, and persistent, and try to scare you into spending more money. No one should be subjected to threatening statements while expressing their complaints. No one is obligated to upgrade to higher-priced packages when their contract ends. Now, I'm curious about their responses to the following questions: My internet package is 10GB, and I've never exceeded it. Why are they forcing me to get an 18GB package? Why can't I choose any other package? It seems their algorithm is designed to pressure people into buying more, which doesn't make sense based on my usage. How can they one day offer a package at a reasonable price, and the next day claim that the system sometimes shows incorrect prices? Is this a place prone to errors, and they'll just brush it off with an apology? Do they instruct their customer service to be pushy with customers? When I say I don't want their service, they respond with a "pay the termination fee and leave" attitude. Don't forget, loyal customers who trust you and stay with you are the ones making you money. Is this how you treat your long-time customers? I will complain about this on every platform available.
