Vodafone's Unauthorized Transactions And Profit-Seeking Efforts

Approximately 2 days ago, I was contacted by Vodafone, and I was informed that there is a pending debt for one phone belonging to the company. When I checked my online banking on November 2, 2023, I noticed that my bill dated 09/10/2023 had not been paid, and in addition to this, another bill dated 07/11/2023 (1235.60) had been charged to me. During my conversation with customer service at 17:31, they informed me that my line had been disconnected, and a termination fee had been charged to me. When I asked them for the reason, they told me that the company documents were incomplete. 1- If my documents are incomplete, why was my line activated in an unauthorized manner, and then the line was disconnected, and a termination fee was charged to me? 2- I had previously submitted the company documents, and the person responsible for Vodafone affairs here had lastly requested a photocopy of the company owner's ID from me via WhatsApp, which I sent to them on July 25. I had already submitted the company documents to this individual. If their employees failed to upload the documents, why was I not informed, and why was I billed for this error? 3- I will file a complaint against Vodafone with the BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority) for conducting unauthorized actions (activating the line in an unauthorized manner despite incomplete documents) and attempting to profit unfairly by disconnecting the line without notice.
