Vodafone Internet Connection Problem
In my home internet subscription with Vodafone, I reported a connection issue on September 13, 2023. I encountered connection problems again on September 15 and September 17, and I reported these issues as well. Unfortunately, I haven't had internet access since the failure on September 17. It's now October 2, 2023, and I'm still without internet. I've submitted multiple fault reports, and initially, I was informed that the issue would be resolved by the end of the month. However, today, when I spoke to a Vodafone customer representative, I was told that there is no set deadline for the repair. Vodafone has offered to refund half of my October invoice related to this fault and has also provided an additional 10GB of internet separately to two mobile phones registered with Vodafone in my household. In my recent conversation with the customer representative, I made it clear that if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will exercise all my legal rights, and if necessary, I will take this matter to court. I am determined to pursue every possible avenue to hold Vodafone accountable for its indifference towards customer grievances and to address Türk Telekom's neglect of subscribers who are not their own customers.
