Vodafone Activation Delay: Urgent Resolution Needed for International Roaming

Hello, I transferred from Turkcell to Vodafone on November 8, 2023. On 10/11/2023, around 7:30 PM, my line was moved to Vodafone. I'm using my line passively because Vodafone doesn't deliver a signal to my phone, which I registered and activated in another country. When I called Vodafone customer service, they said there appears to be no problem on our end; you should contact the BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority), who said your device registration is recorded under your name and number, and Vodafone should provide a signal to your line. When I called Vodafone customer service again, I was told that there was no problem on their end. I went to a Vodafone approved store, alerted the staff, an activation record was opened, and when I contacted Vodafone customer support again, I was promised that the issue will be handled within a week. Why do I have to wait a week after purchasing this service linked to my situation? Despite the fact that I mentioned that I needed to communicate during the day, they were unhelpful and hung up. Please fix this issue about my situation as soon as possible. In addition, because my phone isn't working, I'd appreciate it if you could provide a remedy under my complaint here.
