Vodafone's SMS Issue Leaves Me Disconnected For A Week

Before traveling abroad, I activated international roaming on my phone. I even paid a hefty daily fee of 150 liras to use this service. However, for a whole week now, I've been experiencing a problem with receiving SMS messages. I contacted Vodafone's Call Center, and they assured me that the issue was resolved by simply restarting my phone. But guess what? I still can't receive SMS messages! I urgently request them to contact me for immediate assistance. If they are concerned about international call charges, they can reach me via WhatsApp. I want them to solve this problem asap! Thank you for your support.
