I tried to access the Vodafone Self Service app to resolve the issue, but I cannot log in to the app, making it impossible to adjust the necessary settings for my line. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive sufficient assistance. Despite having enough balance on my line, I cannot use it abroad. I urgently request the resolution of both my access issue with the Self Service app and the international usage restriction.
