Vodafone Prepaid Line International Usage Activation Issue

Hello, I am a Vodafone prepaid line user, and I want to activate my line for use abroad, but I have not been successful. I tried to access the Vodafone Self Service app to resolve the issue, but I cannot log in to the app, making it impossible to adjust the necessary settings for my line. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive sufficient assistance. Despite having enough balance on my line, I cannot use it abroad. I urgently request the resolution of both my access issue with the Self Service app and the international usage restriction. I am experiencing inconvenience due to these problems and expect a quick solution. I kindly ask for a response regarding this matter.
