Unfair Vodafone Data Plan and Unreachable Customer Service

Yesterday, the Vodafone Yanmda app gave me an offer for a new plan. I liked the rate, but now I wish I hadn't changed. With my old Social Support plan, which cost me 59 TL, it was much easier to reach customer service. But since yesterday, I have tried calling them at least 30 times and have never been able to reach them. It makes no sense to treat customers like idiots, charge them a lot, and then make it impossible for them to reach you. What a great world we live in. I have no idea what this Vodafone "solution" team is for, but they should at least answer. I still need one more thing, since I'm still waiting.
