Vodafone Data Plan Price Increase
I've been using Vodafone Red with a 20GB social package for 119 liras. The first period is coming to an end in two days, so I contacted customer service for more information. They informed me that the second period would cost 179 liras. However, Vodafone notified me today that the second period would cost 209 liras. How can a company have two different prices? Furthermore, I have filed numerous complaints about network problems in my area, but no resolution has been provided. Despite this, I intended to stick with Vodafone and this tariff because it was slightly less expensive. Now, how does the price go from 179 liras to 209 liras in two days? This unfair increase will not be tolerated, and I demand a response to put an end to this practice.
