Vodafone's Hidden Termination Fees

I was enticed by Vodafone's exclusive offers through their "Vodafone Yanımda" app, claiming special tariffs as I approached the end of my plan. Carefully reading the terms, I switched to the new tariff. However, when my first bill arrived, I was shocked to see a termination fee of over 200 TL added to my total, which was never disclosed during the tariff switch. In my initial conversation with customer service, I was informed that termination fees are not usually applied when transitioning to promotional tariffs, but in my case, it was added. They suggested they would investigate the issue, but due to system errors, I waited for a long time and had to emphasize my lack of time availability. Two days later, with no response, I called customer service again and spent 20 minutes detailing my concerns. Unfortunately, the representative dismissively claimed that everyone knows about the termination fees and there was no need to disclose it during the tariff switch. Despite repeatedly requesting an investigation based on my statement as a corporate customer, my request was denied, and I was told that nothing could be done. Even after informing them that both myself and my family would leave Vodafone due to their behavior, they showed no interest in finding a solution. Since my requests were disregarded, and if the termination fee is not removed from my account by July 6th, I am submitting my complaints and stating that myself and those close to me will switch from Vodafone.
